摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法成功在ZnS荧光粉表面包覆TiO2薄膜。通过透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见吸收(UV-Vis)及荧光光谱(PL)对包覆前后荧光粉的结构和光学性能进行表征。结果表明:ZnS荧光粉表面包覆了一层厚度约5nm的TiO2薄膜,该薄膜整体连续性较好,分布较为均匀,且包覆过程对荧光粉的晶型及结晶度无影响,而包覆膜对ZnS的吸光度略有屏蔽且发光强度也有所降低。Titania was successfully coated on ZnS phosphor powder by sol-gel method.Structure and photoluminescence property of uncoated and coated ZnS phosphor powder were characterized by TEM,SEM,XRD,UV-Vis and PL.Results showed that thickness of titania thin film which coated on ZnS phosphor powder was about 5nm;uniformity and continuity of titania thin film are preferably well,and coating process had no effect on the crystal type and crystallinity of ZnS phosphor powder.However,absorbance of ZnS was slightly shielded and luminescence intensity was also slightly decreased by titania thin film.
