摘  要:制备了中分子量聚异丁烯(PIB-8450)/聚苯乙烯(PS)合金材料,主要研究了不同用量的PIB对共混物的加工流变性及物理机械性能的影响。研究表明,PIB降低共混体系的剪切黏度、剪切应力,提高了加工性能。当PIB含量为2%时,能显著提高共混物的冲击性能和拉伸性能,用SEM对试样断面观察,显示出韧性断裂特征。同时质量比为98/2的PIB/PS体系是一个比较理想的共混体系。PIB/PS blend system composition was prepared,and the effects of different contents PIB on the processability and mechanical properties of PIB-8450/PS blend system were studied.It was shown that PIB could decreased the shear viscosity and shear stress of the blend system,and when the content of PIB-8450 was up to 2%,the tensile strength and impact strength of the blend increased obviously.The evident toughness characteristics were observed by SEM.So it showed that PIB-8450/PS with a blending ratio of 98/2 was an ideal blend system.
