摘 要:以聚砜(PSF)、聚醚砜(PES)为膜材料,N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂,以聚乙二醇(PEG)为添加剂,纯水为凝固浴,采用液-固相转化法制备了共混超滤膜。用动态热机械分析(DMA)法表征了PSF与PES的相容性,表明PSF与PES是部分相容的高聚物。研究了铸膜液中固含量的组成和PEG的分子量以及凝固浴温度对共混超滤膜性能的作用,结果显示这些因素对膜的水通量和截流性能有很大影响。the blend ultrafiltration membrane was made using polysulfone(PSF) and polyethersulfone(PES) as membrane material by liquid-solid phase reverse method in the presence of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone(NMP) as casting solvent and polyethylene glycol(PEG) with different molecular weights(PEG-200~PEG-4000) as additives and pure water as coagulation bath,The compatibility of PSF/PES was investigated by the dynamic thermomechanical analysis(DMA),it showed that PSF/PES blend system was semimiscible.Several factor(concentration of solid content,weight of PEG,temperature of pure water) were also studied and showed that they were important to the performance(pure water flux and rejection)of memebrane.
