摘　　要：阐述了图书馆建设特色期刊馆藏的必要性和可行性,从哈尔滨工程大学图书馆的实际出发,以"核科学"类馆藏期刊建设为重点,探讨了建设和开发特色期刊馆藏资源的途径和方法。This paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of constructing the the characteristic periodical holdings by the library,and starting from the reality of the library of Harbin Engineering University and based on the construction of periodical holdings of nuclear science,probes into the ways and methods for carrying out the construction and development of characteristic periodical holdings.
