摘　　要：阐述了图书馆文化建设的作用和指导原则,并就图书馆2.0环境下的图书馆文化新的表现形式进行了探讨。This paper expounds the functions and guiding principles of the construction of library culture,and probes into some new expression forms of library culture under Library 2.0 environment.
