摘　　要：从产权角度分析了辽宁省朝阳市集体林产权制度,介绍了朝阳市集体林的基本情况、林改取得的初步成效,分析了当前存在的问题,并提出了一些建议。This paper analyzes the collective forest property system of Chaoyang City of Liaoning Province from the angle of property,introduces the basic situation of collective forest of Chaoyang City and the preliminary results of the reform of forest property system,analyzes the currently existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions.
