摘  要:气体钻井在钻井提速、防漏治漏、发现和保护油气层方面优势明显,已成为国内勘探开发的一项实用性先进技术。为此,介绍了气体钻井集成配套技术,包括空气锤及配套钻头研制、雾化钻井(雾化基液的基础配方:雾化剂为0.1%~0.3%、抑制剂为0.3%~0.7%、气雾稳定剂为0.05%~0.15%、增黏剂为0~0.15%、固结剂为0~1.5%)、泡沫钻井、空气钻井燃爆监测预警、空气钻井取心以及气体钻井钻具失效预防技术现状及取得的进展。电磁波随钻测量技术、延长气体钻井使用井段技术和用气体钻井发现和提高油气井产量技术是气体钻井今后发展应用的重点和方向。Gas drilling,with obvious advantages in leak-proof measures,loss circulation control,drilling speed enhancement,and discovery and protection of hydrocarbon reservoirs,has already become a practical advanced technology for domestic exploration and development.This paper introduces integration and matching technologies for gas drilling,including the development of air hammer and supporting bit,atomizing drilling (the basic formula of base fluid for atomization:atomized agent 0.1%-0.3%,inhibiting agent 0.3%-0.7%,aerosol stabilizing agent 0.05%-0.15%,anchoring agent 0-0.15%,and consolidating agent 0-1.5%),foam drilling,blasting monitoring and early-warning system for air drilling,coring by air drilling,as well as current situation and latest development of techniques in prevention of drilling tools' failure.In the end,this paper also presents the orientation of the research interests in gas drilling in the future and points out that electromagnetic measurements while drilling (MWD),extending the uses of intervals of gas drilling,and discovering more oil and gas and improving the well performance are the three key technologies in gas drilling.
