重视老年人贫血的诊断和治疗

摘　　要：WHO对65岁以上老年人贫血的诊断标准为：男子血红蛋白低于130g/L,女子低于120g/L.65岁以上老年人贫血的发病率为9.2%～23.9%（男）及8.1%～24.7%（女）.65岁以上老年人贫血多是比较轻的.仅〈1%的患者血红蛋白低于100g/L,85岁以上老年人贫血的发生率可高达30%左右.老年贫血患者男性多于女性.引起老年人贫血的病因有造血原料缺乏、非造血原料缺乏、恶性肿瘤、药物引起的贫血、不能解释的贫血等.老年人的贫血不少见,且常为某些重要疾病的先导信号,故应重视其诊断治疗,不应以年事已高而忽视之.The criteria of adults anemia older than 65 years is Hb 〈130 g/L （male）, 〈120 g/L （fema le） （WHO）. The incident rate of anemia in adults older than 65 year is 9.2 %-23.9 % （male）, 8.1 %-24.7 % （female）. Only 〈1 % patients the Hb is less than 100 g/L, the incident rate of anemia in patients older than 85 years old can be 30 %. The incident rate of anemia in elder patients in male is much higher than in female. The causes of anemia in elder patients attributed by lacking in haemopoiesis material, no haemopoietic material deficiency, malignant tumors, drugs induced anemia, unknown anemia. From these points of view, we must pay great attention to the anemia in elder patients in diagnosis and treatment.
