精纺半精纺交叉技术在新产品开发中的应用

摘　　要：介绍采用半精纺、精纺羊绒、毛精纺技术交叉工艺路线,以羊绒混纺产品为例探讨了半精纺与精纺羊绒纺纱交叉技术,半精纺与毛精纺交叉技术的工艺路线和主要工艺参数。研究表明,对产品的原料组成及技术指标进行详细的分析,掌握不同客户对产品的需求,依照纤维长度、强力、纤维性能特点,灵活巧妙的技术交叉,不仅生产制成率高,解决了常规工艺无法解决的技术难题,而且开发出的新产品性能优越、风格独特。Technology cross-process route of semi-worsted,worsted cashmere,wool spinning was introduced in this paper.Take cashmere blended product for example,intersect spinning technology of semi-worsted and worsted wool,technology cross-process route of semi-worsted and wool spinning and the main process parameters were discussed.Studies showed that the analysis of the composition of the raw materials of product and technical indicators,control the different customers’demands for products,in accordance with the length,strength,fiber performance characteristics between the fibers,across the technology in flexible way,not only can make a high yield of production,solve the difficulty technical problems,but also can develop the new products with superior performance and unique style.
