摘 要:采用圆弧轨迹起球仪、前臂实验法等检测方法和手段,测试并研究了改性前后超细羊毛纤维针织物的干磨起球性、水洗后起球性、保温性及刺痒感性能等的变化。实验得出:改性后各组织结构的超细羊毛针织物干磨起球性和水洗后起球性能均明显优于改性前超细羊毛针织物;改性后超细羊毛纤维同支数纱线单位截面内的纤维根数较改性前增多,改性后织物的保温率较改性前提高了约5%;改性后超细羊毛织物的刺痒感较改性前得到明显改善,提高了织物的穿着舒适性。Using the arctrajectory pilling tester,forearm experiment and such testing methods,it tested and examined the changes of the dry mill pilling,pilling after wash,heat retaining property and prickle performance,that before and after the modification of superfine wool knits.The results showed that the dry mill pilling and pilling after wash of the organizational structure of the modified superfine wool knits was significantly better than unmodified,the number of superfine wool fiber in the same yarn cross-section was increased after modification,the heat retaining rate after modification increased by about 5%;the prickle performance improved significantly after modification and the wearing comfort.
