摘　　要：在钛合金铸锭生产领域中,滑阀式机械泵是真空自耗电弧炉真空系统必不可少的前级泵。文中针对真空自耗电弧炉用滑阀真空泵的故障、失效情况,论述了泵的维护、保养方法,总结了该泵的检修工艺。As an important prepump in the vacuum system of vacuum consumable arc furnace, rotary piston vacuum pumps has wide applications in titanium alloy ingot production. In this paper, the maintenance method of rotary piston vacuum pumps, which is used in vacuum consumable arc furnace, is discussed by analyzing the characteristic, failure and invalidation mechanism. Finally, the inspection technology of rotary piston vacuum pumps is also summarized.
