外国土地制度对中国农村土地利用的借鉴

摘　　要：中国现行的土地制度——家庭联产承包责任制,在实行之初,产生了显著绩效,促进了农业的快速发展。但经过近30年历程后,这一制度的许多弊端开始显现,引发了一系列社会问题。文章在参考专家学者研究成果基础之上,借鉴发达国家土地制度的相关经验,简要分析中国现阶段农村土地制度的现状,发现其存在的问题,对农村土地制度的改革与完善提出建议与意见。The household contract responsibility system is our present land system which has prouduced very positive effects when it was first put into use and has promoted the fast development of agriculture in the past 30 years.But now some negative influence by the syetem is raising,which has caused a series of social problems.This paper,basing on many of the researches done by foreign schoolars and learning from the experience of foreign land system,mainly analyses the present land system in our country and points out some existing problems,in couple with offers some suggestions on this issure.
