摘　　要：在医院住院电子病历使用过程中,问题主要出现在电子病历模板、与其他系统接口程序、系统管理3个方面。文章列举这3方面具有典型意义的案例并提出了解决方法,供系统使用、维护人员参考。There were problems in our hospital during the use of electronic medical record.The problems mainly appeared in the electronic medical record template,and other system interfaces,and system administration.This article have some typical cases and solutions have been proposed for the system users and maintenance officers.
