摘　　要：浙江统筹城乡发展战略的实施,关键得益于在总体战略构想及体制机制的创新实践,其特点主要表现为:科学建构统筹城乡发展、推进城乡一体化的目标体系;不断完善统筹城乡发展、推进城乡一体化的制度框架;逐步优化统筹城乡发展、促进城乡一体化的机制模式,从而形成了具有浙江特色的政府为主导、农民为主体、社会力量协同参与的动力机制和运行模式。Urban and rural development strategy of implementation of zhejiang,benefited from the overall strategic vision and innovative practices of systems mechanisms crucially,Characterized mainly as ： Constructing urban and rural development scientificly,promoting target systems of urban-rural integration、improving the urban and rural development constantly,promoting systems framework of urban-rural integration;Optimizing the urban and rural development gradually,promoting mechanisms model of urban-rural integration.Thus formed dynamic mechanism and operation mode with Zhejiang characteristics which are Government-led,farmers as the main body,Collaborative participation of social forces.
