急性冠脉闭塞致心电图巨大R波的实验观察

摘　　要：目的观察心肌缺血前后R波振幅及ST段的动态变化。方法结扎大鼠冠状动脉前降支,制备大鼠心肌缺血模型,使用多导生理仪描记缺血前后II导联心电图,比较缺血前后R波振幅变化,并使用导丝验证前降支结扎是否成功。结果前降支结扎正确者均出现R波振幅增高及ST段逐渐抬高。结论巨大R波是心肌缺血最早期标志之一。Objective To observe the successive variation of amplitude of R wave and ST segment originated from myocardial ischemia. Methods Rats myocardial ischemia models were performed by anterior descending branch ligature. Electrocardiogram of limb lead II was successively recorded by multi-channel physiograph during experiment. Consequently, variation of R wave amplitude was calculated. In addition, anterior descending branch ligature was validated by guide wire. Results All validated specimen show giant R wave and ST segment gradual elevation. Conclution Giant R wave is the sign of early period in myocardial ischemia.
