摘　　要：KPO的兴起与发展为我国科技情报服务业带来新的机遇。分析企业KPO需求,从科技情报机构开展KPO的条件和优势出发,分析科技情报机构面向KPO的业务内容的深化,进而从战略、体制和业务三大层面探索KPO市场环境下我国科技情报服务创新的新思路。The advent and development of Knowledge Process Outsourcing（KPO） proves a great opportunity for science and technology service progress in China. This paper firstly analyzes the need of traditional companies for KPO, then explores the possibilities for deepening KPO transaction by science and technology institutes according to their traditional advantages, and finally provides new solutions for enhancing science and technology information services innovation from three aspects known as strategy, system and business.
