单篇期刊论文h指数的实证研究——以图书情报学为例

摘　　要：综述单篇论著学术质量评价的研究现状,并对其中由Schubert于2009年提出的单篇论著h指数方法进行实证研究。以图书情报学为例,首先基于2000-2005年的CSSCI数据计算出2000-2005年每年的图书情报学单篇论文的被引次数和h指数值,对两者之间的关系进行对比分析,并对论文被引次数相对较高、h指数相对较低的原因进行分析。This paper reviews the current research on academic quality evaluation of a single paper, and it does an empirical study on the computation method of a single paper＇ s b-index raised by Schubert in 2009. It takes the Library and Information Science for example. Firstly, based on data from Chinese Social Science Citation Index （2000 -2005）, it calculates cited times and h-index of eacb paper which belongs to the Library and Information Science from 2000 to 2005. Secondly, the relationship between cited times and h-index is analysed. Finally, the paper analyses the reason why a single paper＇ s cited times are relatively high, however the h-index is relatively low.
