摘　　要：给出了三网融合的解释,以及三网融合的层次模型和指标体系。从三网融合涉及的管理融合、技术融合、市场融合三个方面对比分析了欧盟、美国、日本、韩国的三网融合进程,并总结了国际三网融合的经验给中国带来的启示。The explanation, hierarchical model and index system of tri-networks integration are given. According to the management integration, technology integration and market integration, the different processes of tri-networks integration in European Union, America, Japan and Korea are compared and analyzed. The enlightenment from international trinetworks integration to China is summarized.
