数字资源长期保存的技术保障机制

摘　　要：合理采用相关技术,建立数字资源长期保存系统并使其具有可持续性和可扩展性,使数字文献资源达到长期保存的目标,需要文献机构从管理上建立相应的技术保障机制。文章提出数字资源长期保存的技术保障机制建设的基本原则并从保存策略、研究跟踪、研究开发、组织保障、人员培养等5个方面进行机制的研究与建设。Literature organization should be builded a reasonable technical support mechanism in order to use and practice relevant techniques properly, establish long-term preservation system of digital resourees and make it sustainable and scalable so that digital document resources achieve long-term preservation goals. This paper put forward fundamental principle of technical support mechanism and the mechanism should be considered from preservation strategies, research tracking, research and development, organizational security, personal training and other aspects.
