企业标准体系文件是整合企业其他各类管理体系文件的平台

摘　　要：文章对我国在企业管理体系或产品认证中,由于各体系之间缺少相互照应,甚至各自坚持"以我为核心"以至造成企业需要对各种认证必须分别提供不同独立文件的现象进行分析,建议通过企业标准体系的建立,依据"简化、统一、协调、优化"的标准化原理,整合好企业各个体系形成的文件,无论哪个体系或产品需要认证时从中选出需要的即可。现在普遍使用的"三合一"体系认证已经作出了很好的榜样,实际上我们还可以在整合体系文件上做得更好,因为企业标准体系的文件是可以作为企业各类体系文件平台的,从而实现简化、减少企业的文件负担,进而促进企业形成一套完整、协调配合、自我完善的管理体系和运行机制。This article analyses the phenomena in China, during the enterprise management system and production authentication, the enterprises have to present individual document for different authentication because of the lack of coadjustment of all the systems, even insist on the thought of ＂self central＂. It advises that the enterprises establish standard system based on the principle of ＂simplifying, unifying, adjusting, optimizing＂, properly integrate the documents of all the enterprise systems, and select the necessary parts as whatever product needs authorising. The well-known trinity system has set a good example. In fact, we can make it better in integrating the documents of all the enterprise systems because the documents of enterprise standard system can act as a platform of all the enterprise systems so as to simplify and reduce the burden of the enterprise and advance the enterprise to form a complete, coadjusted, self-improved managing system and operational mechanism.
