摘 要:针对以往设计的压风机群组耗电量大、噪声污染严重、故障保护不全等不足,提出了压风机组节能的几种措施,分析和讨论了压风机组控制策略与运行模式,采用3层网络架构对压风机群组的设备参数及故障进行监视与保护。利用故障树分析法,分析了压风机群组工作时所有可能出现的故障,用产生式规则描述了故障机理,在知识库的构建上采用了结点规则法来构建链表,建立了链表形数据结构,在推理机方面采用了正反向混合推理的推理策略及搜索空间更小的宽度优先的搜索策略,把系统同时存在的各种具体故障都找出来,并且区分其程度,达到故障诊断的目的。Aiming at the shortages of large energy consumption,noise pollution and incomplete malfunction protection of the air compressor set,several energy-saving measures for the air compressor set are proposed,and the control strategy and operation mode of the set are analyzed and discussed.Moreover,the parameters and malfunction of the set is monitored and protected with a network that has three-lever architecture.After all the possible malfunctions of the air compressor set being analyzed with FTA,malfunction mechanism is also described with production rule,and the node rule method is used to construct a linked list based on the database to build a linked list data structure.In addition,reasoning strategy of mixing forward with backward reasoning as well as breadth-first search strategy which has smaller search space are used in the inference engine to find out specific faults existing synchronously in the system and distinguish their importance,so as to achieve the purpose of malfunction diagnosis.
