摘　　要：采用先进的现代检测技术和计算机技术,研究开发了矿用提升机盘式制动系统在线监测报警装置。对主要监测参数的测试方法进行了研究和分析,确定了满足现场实际情况的测试方法,并详细介绍了装置的软硬件设计。本装置的研制对更好地实现提升机盘式制动系统状态监测和故障报警,及时发现安全隐患,确保其安全可靠运行,具有重要的实用价值。With the advanced modern detection technique and the computer technique,the online monitor-ing and alarming device for the disc braking system of mine hoists is developed.The methods of testing ma-jor monitoring parameters are researched and analyzed,and the testing methods that meet the actual spot situation are also determined.The hardware and software design of the device are introduced in detail as well.The device has important and practical value for better status monitoring and fault alarming for the disc braking system of mine hoists.It can detect hidden danger to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of mine hoists.
