摘 要:目前煤矿防止斜巷提升运输跑车事故的手段之一是设置防跑车设施,但人工操作的防跑车设施不能完全有效地防止跑车事故发生。笔者设计的斜巷掘进提升运输防跑车自动捕捉器,采用低频透射式电涡流传感器和速度识别控制电路来识别矿车是否超速运行,并用接触器及延时继电器的通断和三极管的开关作用来控制电磁铁的吸合,从而自动控制安全门动作,阻止矿车通过安全门,实现了跑车自动捕捉,提升了煤矿安全生产的防护性。The installation of anti-runaway facilities is a major means to prevent the runaway accidents during hoisting transportation in inclined laneways,but the manually-operated anti-runaway facilities are not efficient to prevent all accidents.For the designed anti-runaway auto catcher in this paper used for the hoisting trans-portation in inclined laneways,the low frequency transmission-type eddy current sensor and speed identification control circuit are used to identify whether the running tramcar is overspeed,and the contactors and time delay relays as well as transistor switches are used to control the action of electromagnet,thus the safety door is to be controlled automatically to prevent the runaway tramcars through it.So the auto catching is realized and the protection of safety production in colliery is promoted.
