摘　　要：对高效液相色谱柱切换技术中分析流动相、净化时间、预处理柱的长短、预处理流动相纯度、柱切换时间、检测器波长等对系统峰的影响因素进行了系统地讨论.It was found that the changing of analytical mobile phase, the length of preteatment column, the switching time of column switching system, the pretreatment mobile phase and the wavelength of ultraviolet detector in high performance liquid chromatography influenced system peaks.
