摘　　要：在阐述国外需求侧响应实施情况的基础上,结合需求侧响应成本项与效益项的主要内容,通过研究需求侧响应成本效益分析流程,提出了需求侧响应的成本效益分析的计算方法。以某国实施需求侧响应项目为例,佐证了在DR(需求侧响应)项目中运用BC(成本效益)分析的可行性,及BC分析在DR项目中的有效性。研究表明,在今后需要实施DR的项目中,BC分析是用来评估项目可行性的一种有效方法。On the basis of elucidating the implementation of demand-side response（DR） in the foreign countries and in combination of the main contents of the cost and benefit of the DR,the calculation method for the cost-benefit（BC） analysis of the DR was proposed by studying the analysis procedure of the BC of the DR.Taking a DR project of a country for the example,the feasibility and effectiveness of applying the BC analysis in the DR project were proved.The study showed that the BC analysis was an effective method of assessing the feasibility of the DR project to be implemented in the future.
