摘　　要：解读我国大用户直购电政策的最新变化,介绍了大用户直购电试点在南方电网和国家电网两大区域的不同进展情况,剖析了国家各有关部委和地方政府开展直购电试点的动机和本质,以及开展直购电对电网公司、发电企业、大用户和地方经济等不同利益主体的影响,并从清晰认识、直购电推行原则、宏观调控措施等角度提出了当前开展直购电的工作建议,对推进我国大用户直购电交易工作具有重要的现实意义。The latest changes of the policy of the direct power purchase of the large customers in our country were interpreted and the different progress situations of the pilots of the direct power purchase of the large customers in the two large regions of the South China Power Grid and the State Grid were presented.The motives and nature that national related ministries carrying out the pilots of the direct power purchase are analyzed together with the influences on the different interest groups like grid company,generation enterprises,large purchases and local economy.The practical suggestions of carrying out direct power purchase currently were proposed from the angles of clear understanding,principles of carrying out direct power purchase and macroscopic measures,which had important significances on improving the practice of the direct power purchase of the large purchase in our country.
