摘　　要：指出发电权交易是实现节能降耗、小火电关停的一项有效措施。介绍了市场交易模式及市场发电机组的分类。提出了发电权阻塞调度模型来实现机组转让全部发电权的需求,指出目标函数及约束条件。通过IEEE单区域RTS96系统的算例分析,对模型的特点进行了说明,并验证了模型的有效性和合理性。It was indicated that generation right trade is an effective measure in energy saving and shutting down small thermal plant.Market trading patterns and market generator category was introduced.Congestion dispatch in generation right trade was put forward to fulfill the demand of units to transfer complete generation right.The objective function and constraints were indicated.The characteristics of this model were explained by analysis of examples of IEEE unit area RTS96.Consequently,the effectiveness and rationality of this model were verified.
