摘  要:以六水氯化镁和硼砂为原料,利用水热前躯体法在190℃水热10 h制备出长径比为30~90的碱式硼酸镁晶须,再将碱式硼酸镁晶须通过700℃高温焙烧3 h实现结构重整和物相转化,得到长径比为50-80、尺寸均一的硼酸镁晶须。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析(TG)等手段对碱式硼酸镁和硼酸镁的组成和形貌进行了表征。同时考察了反应物浓度、水热温度、水热时间及表面活性剂对前驱体形貌的影响。Precursor, magnesium borate hydroxide whiskers [ MgBO2 ( OH) ] with aspect ratio of 30 -90 were prepared at 190 ℃for 10 h by using hydrothermal method with magnesium chloride hexahydrate and boric acid as raw materials. Magnesium borate ( Mg2B2O5 ) whiskers with aspect ratio of 50 - 80 and homogeneous dimension were then obtained by calcining of the precursor at 700 ℃ for 3 h followed by structure rearrangement and phase inversion. XRD, SEM and TG etc. were used to characterize the composition and morphology of MgBO2 ( OH ) and Mg2 B2O5 . In addition, effects of reaction conditions, including reactant concentration, reaction temperature, hydrothermal time, and surfactants on morphology of precursor were investigated.
