摘  要:研究分析了不同粒径磷石膏的晶体形貌与性质特征,为探究磷石膏的高效处理方法提供理论依据。研究表明:由于磷石膏粒径的不同,其晶形呈现多样性,随着粒径的增加,其晶形由柱状晶变为片状晶,再成为簇状晶;晶形不同其理化性质不同,随磷石膏粒径的减小其表观密度、活化指数逐渐增大;X射线能谱分析与红外光谱分析证实,磷石膏的疏水性与其含碳量有一定关系,含碳量高则疏水性较强,在磷石膏粒径很小时,其疏水性还受其表面张力等其他因素的影响。Study and analysis on morphologies and properties of phosphogypsum with different particle sizes were eartied out,which will provide the theoretical basis for the exploring of higl-efficient methods for the treatment of phosphogypsum. Research results showed that because of its different particle sizes, phosphogypsum had diversity of crystal morphology ; with increase of the size of phosphogypsum, columnar crystals turned into flake-like crystals at first and then into cluster-like crystals ; physica-and-chemical-properties of phosphogypsum would be different with the difference of crystal morphologies, and bulk density and activation index of phosphogypsum increased gradually with decreasing of its particle size ; X - ray energy spectrum analysis and infrared spectroscopy showed that the hydrophobicity of phosphogypsum had a certain relationship with its content of carbon, that was,the hydrophobicity became stronger with increase of the content of carbon ; and the hydrophobicity of phosphogysum was also subject to other factors, such as its surface tension when particle size of which was very small.
