磷石膏钙渣制备高品质轻质碳酸钙工艺研究

摘　　要：以磷石膏钙渣为原料,用盐酸浸取,将其中的钙溶出,通过二次除杂得到精制氯化钙溶液,精制氯化钙溶液再经碳化制备出高品质轻质碳酸钙产品。重点研究了酸溶和精制过程,得出了最优工艺参数。采用最优工艺参数制备了产品,所得产品经贵州省化工产品质量监督检查站检测,达到了HG/T 2226—2000《工业沉淀碳酸钙》优级品标准。利用扫描电镜对产品进行了表征,结果表明产品粒子呈均匀棒状,分散性好。Hydrochloric acid was adopted as leaching agent to take out calcium from calcium slag of phosphogypsum at first. Then refined CaCl2 solution would obtained through the secondary purification. Finally, highquality precipitated calcium carbonate was prepared by carbonizing refined CaCl2 solution. Processes of acid-leaching and refining were studied in detail and the optimum process parameters were obtained. Under the optimum process conditions, product was prepared,which had reached high-grade standard of Industrial Precipitated Calcium Carbonate, HG/T 2226-2000, tested and approved by Guizhou Provincial Quality Supervision and Inspection Station for Chemical Products. Product was also characterized by scanning electron microscopy （ SEM ） and results showed product particles were uniform and rod-like with good dispersion.
