摘　　要：目的比较学龄前单纯性肥胖儿童与正常儿童的气质特点,探讨单纯性肥胖与儿童气质的关系。方法应用3～7岁儿童气质问卷对单纯性肥胖儿童和对照组儿童家长进行调查,并对其气质特点进行统计分析。结果在气质类型分布上,男童肥胖组麻烦型和中间偏麻烦型、启动缓慢型分别占20.54%,24.55%,明显高于对照组(11.61%,16.07%);在气质维度上,轻度肥胖组男、女童的活动水平分别为(3.51±0.63)和(3.39±0.44)分,明显低于对照组的(3.96±0.78)和(3.87±0.52)分;轻度肥胖男童坚持度为(2.74±0.87)分,明显低于对照组,反应强度为(4.81±0.58)分,明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义;中度肥胖男童节律性和反应阈分别为(3.22±0.24)和(4.13±0.47)分,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论学龄前儿童单纯性肥胖与儿童气质密切关联,应针对不同气质特征对单纯性肥胖儿童进行教养和干预。Objective To compare the temperament characteristics of simple obese and normal pre-school children.Methods The parents of the children at 3 to 7 years old were surveyed with a temperament questionnaire and the temperament characteristics of the children was analyzed.Results There was a significant difference in temperament types between simple obese children and normal weight children.At the level of temperament dimension,the activity level,the reaction intensity,and the persistent level of slightly obese boys were different from that of normal weight boys.The rhythmicity and the threshold of response of moderately obese boys were different from that of normal weight boys.Conclusion A significant relationship was observed between simple obesity and temperament in pre-school children.Parents should educate their children with simple obesity according to the temperament type of the child.
