上海市松江区职业伤害住院病人疾病负担分析

摘　　要：目的了解上海市松江区工矿企业职业伤害所造成的疾病负担,为制定职业伤害预防和干预措施提供科学依据。方法利用伤害信息监测系统和职业伤害住院病历资料,对2006年1月1日-2008年12月31日期间因职业伤害住院病人费用支出情况进行分析。结果 3年间,职业伤害住院费用支出合计11961535.7元,平均每例职业伤害住院为8137.1元。男性职业伤害住院费用支出集中在20～49岁的青壮年,其占总费用的82.3%。职业伤害发生部位以上下肢、踝和脚、头面部为主,其占总费用的95.4%。因物体打击而住院的职业伤害人群较高,其占总费用的57.3%。结论职业伤害造成了一定程度的经济损失,应加强和开展作业场所职业伤害的综合干预。Objective To understand the disease burden of the occupational injuries among inpatients in Songjiang district during the period of 2006-2008 and to provide theoretical evidence for effective interference measures.Methods Medical cost of inpatients of occupational injuries occurred during 2006 to 2008 were analyzed through injury monotoring system and medical records.Results The medical cost of inpatients of occupational injuries from 2006 to 2008 were 11961535.7 yuan RMB and the average cost for one inpatient was 8137.1 yuan.Occupational injuries were happened mainly in males,aged from 20 to 49 years accounting for 82.3% of the total cost.The major site of accidents were upper limb,ankle,lower limb and face and the cost of major site injury accounted for 95.5% of the total cost.The main causes of accidents were hit by object.Conclusion The economic loss caused by occupational injury in Songjiang district is significant.Comprehensive intervention should be paid to occupational injury.
