关于东北地区利用粉煤灰制取“双免砖”的可行性研究

摘　　要：利用粉煤灰制取“双免砖”，取６０％～８０％的粉煤灰，２０％～４０％的添加剂，将其混合搅拌碾练后，挤压成型。根据需要及模具不同，可制得各种形状的墙体材料。其优点是不需烧结，不需蒸压养护，节煤节电，不污染环境，生产周期短，原材料来源广，成本低，容重轻，抗冻性能高。A brick without firing and autoclave curing can be made from fly ash by using 6080% fly ash and 4020% admixture,which are mixed and rolled first and then extrusion molding.The wall materials of various shapes can be obtained according to the needs and different forms.This sort of brick features no firing and autoclave curing,saving coal and electricity,being free from pollution,short production period,having plenty of raw materials,low cost,less unit weight and high resistance to freeze.
