摘　　要：为落实铁道部制定的增压器专业化集中修和寿命管理政策,北京铁路局于2008年推出了一整套增压器检修管理策略。经过1年多的实施,该局增压器运用可靠性有了显著改善,其中因增压器故障引发的机破率比实施前降低了90%。In order to implement the Ministry of Railways' policy of specialized and centralized repair and life management of turbochargers,Beijing Railway Administration set a series of polices of turbocharger maintenance and management in 2008.After more a year of implementation,the operational reliability of turbochargers for locomotives used in the railway administration has been improved significantly,and the locomotive accidents caused by turbocharger failures has been reduced by 90%.
