摘 要:研究了不同粒径的稻草纤维在不同掺量下对氯氧镁水泥抗压强度、弯曲强度以及干燥收缩性的影响。结果表明:随着纤维掺量的增加,镁水泥的抗压强度都出现不同程度的下降,其中粒径为2.5 mm的纤维掺入使镁水泥的抗压强度下降较大;稻草纤维的掺入使镁水泥的脆性得到了很大的改善,并降低了镁水泥的干燥收缩率。造成抗压强度下降的原因,主要是纤维与基体结合较差,破坏了材料的致密性。通过1%NaOH溶液对稻草纤维进行处理,可以改善稻草纤维与镁水泥的界面结构,提高稻草纤维与镁水泥的黏结。The influence of straw fiber with different mix amount and length on the compressive strength and bending strength of magnesium oxychloride cement(MOC)was studied.The result showed that the compressive strength and bending strength were decreased with straw fiber in- creasing.The compressive strength reduced significantly when the mean length of straw fiber was 2.5 mm.But the toughness of MOC has been im- proved efficiently compared with ordinary cement and shrinkage was reduced greatly.The main factor of lowering the compressive strength was the bond between straw fiber and matrix was not good.The straw fiber were dipped in sodium hydroxide solution 12 hours,pretreatment fiber im- proves the interface between straw fiber and paste,which enhances the bonding between straw fiber and paste.
