摘  要:分析了IF钢转炉终点碳、终点温度、终渣状况、炉龄等对终点氧的影响。其中炉龄对终点氧的影响最为明显,当炉龄大于4 000炉时,转炉底吹效果明显变差,导致钢液中氧质量分数升高。对此,在IF钢转炉吹炼结束后进行吹氩1-2 min后搅拌试验,结果表明,通过优化,IF钢转炉冶炼终点w(O)由700×10^-6降低到500×10^-6以下,效果明显。The effects of final carbon content,final temperature,final slag condition and campaign life on the final oxygen content of IF steel in converter were analyzed in this paper.The most important factor to influence the final oxygen content is the campaign life of converter.When the campaign life exceeded 4000 heats,the result of bottom blowing became worse,which resulted in the increase of oxygen content in the steel.Post stirring experiments with argon-blowing were made after IF steel smelting.The results showed that the final oxygen content of IF steel was reduced from 700×10^-6 to lower than 500×10^-6.
