摘  要:结合实际生产,采用金相分析、织构测量和透射电镜等方法,研究了微碳深冲钢板中出现的非{111}织构在钢板再结晶时的形成过程,并分析了非{111}织构与冷轧压下率和析出物的关系。研究结果表明:非{111}织构在冷轧变形后即已形成,冷轧压下率较小时,非{111}织构组分相对{111}织构较强;冷轧组织中存在的非{111}取向晶粒在退火过程中会优先成核和优先生长;非{111}织构的形成对AlN的析出不敏感。Based on practical production and methods of metallography,texture detecting and electric transmission,this paper carries through a research on the forming process of non-{111} textures appeared in micro-carbon deep drawing steel sheet,and analyzes the relationship between non-{111} textures and cold rolling rate and precipitates during annealing.The results show that the non-{111} textures appear even after cold rolling,and the less the cold rolling rate the stronger the non-{111} relative to the {111} textures;the non-{111} oriented grains in cold rolled structure will have priority to nucleate and grow during annealing;the formation of non-{111} textures is not sensitive to the precipitation of AlN;increasing cold rolling rate and lowering heating speed will be in favor of restraining non-{111} textures and facilitating {111} textures.
