切边剪“毛边”原因分析及技术改进

摘　　要：毛边即带钢切边处理后在边部出现的"毛状"现象,是切边剪最常见的1种质量缺陷。生产实践中,毛边的出现与生产中的设备、操作、环境等因素有关。通过分析与实践,证实控制热轧原料质量、精确测量剪刃间隙等方法对毛边缺陷的控制效果明显,采取措施后毛边缺陷的发生量明显减少。Burr is a kind of quality disfigurement of steel strip,it is usually arisen at the sides of the strip after trimming.The formation of burr disfigurement is related with equipment,operations and environmental factors.Analysis and practice show that strict control of hot-rolled material quality and accurate measurement of blade clearence have obvious effects on the control of burr formation.After taking corresponding measures,the burr disfigurement has been reduced obviously.
