摘 要:东部老油田已进入高含水开发阶段,面对采出水量增加、处理工作难度大,以及一些边缘断块油田因无法注水而面临减产的矛盾,同井井下采油注水技术是解决该矛盾的有效手段。井下旋流分离器是同井井下采油注水的关键设备,文中重点论述了双锥旋流器的圆柱段、大锥段、小锥段和尾管段等4部分的结构参数优化设计,并设计了相应的实验设备进行分离效果的物理模拟实验,通过旋流分离器处理效果、D80型旋流管溢流芯管的选择及最佳处理量3项实验,验证了该技术能够满足现场需要。经过配套完善后,在XZ1-20井进行了现场应用,在地层产液量相同的条件下,进行同井井下采油注水生产后,地面产油量基本保持不变,地面产水量下降了67%,取得了良好的应用效果。Some mature oilfields in east China have been in the high water cut development period.On the one hand,the rate of produced water increases and the treating difficulty of water is large.On the other hand,there is no way to inject water in some marginal fault block oilfields,which reduces the oil production.The technology of downhole oil production and water injection separation in the same well is an efficient method to solve the problems.A downhole cyclone separator is the key equipment of this technology.This paper introduces on the configuration optimization design of the cyclone separator including the cylindrical section,large cone section,small cone section and tail pipe section,and the physical experiment effect of separation is simulated.The system has the characteristics of the good effect by cyclone separator treatment,the selection of D80 cyclone overflow pipe and the best treatment capacity,which shows that this technology can meet the field need.The designed system is applied in Well XZ1-20 after matching and improving.In the same condition of liquid production,the oil production is kept unchanged and the water production rate decreases by 67%.A good application effect has been obtained.
