摘 要:针对中原油田中高渗高含水油藏,为解决普通起泡剂难以满足中原油田高温、高盐现场应用的难题,开发了耐盐250 g·L-1、耐二价阳离子质量浓度大于5 g·L-1的ZY型系列泡沫体系。该泡沫体系的半衰期大于70 min,体系起泡体积大于400 mL。通过室内驱替实验,研究了气液比、温度、压力和岩心渗透率对泡沫体系封堵能力的影响。在中原油田胡状集油田等10个井组开展了现场应用试验,试验结果表明:ZY-1型泡沫体系与油田注入水具有良好的配伍性,耐温耐盐性能优越,封堵气窜能力较强,试验区增油降水效果明显。During the implementation of gas drive project of oil reservoir with high permeability and high water cut in Zhongyuan Oilfield,in order to solve the problem that the ordinary foam agent can′t meet the need of field application with high temperature and high salinity,the temperature-resistant and salt-resistant foam system is developed and the ZY type foaming agent of the salinity within 250g/L and bivalent ion greater than 5g/L are formed.The half-life period of ZY type foaming system is more than 70min and the foaming capacity is greater than 400mL.A series of flooding experiments are conducted to study the influencing factors of gas-liquid ratio,temperature,pressure and core permeability on the plugging capacity of foam system.This foam system has been applied for 10 well groups in Huzhuang Oilfield.The application results show that ZY-1 type foam system has good compatibility with oilfield injected water and excellent performance of temperature-resistant,salt-resistant and strong plugging capacity.The effect of increasing oil and decreasing water cut is obvious.
