摘 要:裂缝性火山岩气藏压井液的潜在伤害因素主要是固相堵塞和滤液侵入。为避免伤害,研究开发了GCP-2型低伤害气井压井液。该压井液体系密度调节范围在1.0~2.3 g.cm-3,具有无固相、密度调节范围大、低滤失、低黏度、低伤害等特点;对金属基本无腐蚀;防膨性能优于常规压井液和6%KCl溶液;在常温和120℃高温下密闭静置14 d,体系密度基本不变,黏度变化率小于30%,滤失性变化很小。新疆克拉美丽气田滴西17高压气井大修套管补贴作业,选用密度1.5 g.cm-3的GCP-2型气井压井液作为修井液,在气层打开的情况下,在GCP-2型气井压井液中进行膨胀管套管补贴,修井作业15d,压井液体系均一,性能稳定,保证了修井作业顺利完成,取得良好效果。Aimed at the potential damage factors of killing fluid for fractured volcanic reservoirs,such as the solid phase plug and the filtrate invasion,GCP-2 type gas well killing fluid is studied and developed.This killing fluid system is non-solid phase and the density range is 1.0-2.3g/cm3 with low fluid loss,low viscosity,low damage and good fluid stability,which are better than that of common killing fluids and 6%KCl solution.GCP-2 type gas well killing fluid has almost no corrosivity to metal.The volume density of this killing fluid system is stable when being placed in environment of room temperature and 120℃ for fourteen days,the variance ratio of viscosity is below 30% and the variance ratio of fluid loss is very small.In the process of workover and casing patch for DX17 high pressure gas well in Karamy Gas Field of Xinjiang Oilfield,GCP-2 type gas well killing fluid system is chosen as workover fluid and its density is chosen to be 1.50g/cm3.In the case of gas zone open,two perforated intervals are casing patched with GCP-2 type gas well killing fluid.During the well workover for fifteen days,GCP-2 type gas well killing fluid is stable and uniform with a good application effect.
