副猪嗜血杆菌高免血清的制备与应用

摘　　要：利用华中农业大学蔡旭旺博士分离鉴定的副猪嗜血杆菌作为标准菌株培养灭活后,2次免疫家兔后,耳静脉攻毒,心脏采血,琼扩试验检测抗体效价,抗体在1:8以上颈静脉放血,分离血清,用于琼扩试验检测河南省农科院畜牧兽医研究所传染病研究室从河南省发病猪场分离鉴定的副猪嗜血杆菌的血清型,所分离的33株菌中有12株4型,9株5型,6株13型,3株14型,2株12型,1株2型,未分出其他血清型。结果表明,河南省副猪嗜血杆菌主要以4型、5型和13型为主要流行的血清型。The standard sera Haemophilus parasuis （Hps）, which were isolated and identified by Dr. Cai Xue-wang of Huazhong Agricultural University, were cultured, killed and immunized rabbits twice. The rabbits were challenged by ear vein injection and blood from heart. The antibody titers were detected by Gel Diffusion （GD） test. The rabbits were blood by jugular vein if the titers were more than 1：8. The serum were separated and used to detect the serotype of Hps which were isolated from Henan pig farms by the lab of with GD method. There are 12 strains serovar 4, 9 strains serovar 5, 6 strains serovar 13, 3 strains serovar 14, 2 strains serovar 12 and 1 strains serovar 2, and no other serovar among 33 isolates. The results showed that serovar 4, 5, 13 were the major prevalent serotype in Henan.
