摘 要:为了研究淮南麻鸭生长发育情况,试验选用Gompertz、Richards和Logistic模型拟合0~9周龄的淮南麻鸭体重。结果表明:Gompertz模型拟合效果最好,拟合度R2=0.9949,生长拐点为5.29周龄,拐点体重为1071.81g,最大日增重35.73g,生长模型为:Y=2913.49×exp(-exp(1.23-0.23x))。淮南麻鸭的体重与体斜长、胸围、胫长呈极显著相关(P<0.01)。利用体斜长、胸围和胫长,估算体重的回归方程为:Y=0.067X1+0.046X2+0.061X3-1.005。研究结果为淮南麻鸭饲养管理及选育提供了参考信息。In order to study the growth and development of Huainan partridge duck, average week bodyweight of Huainan partridge duck from 0 week-old to 9 week-old were fitted with Gompertz model, Richards model and Logistic model. The results showed that Gompertz model was the best model and the index of fitness was 0.99, the inflection age of growth was 5.29 weeks, and bodyweight at inflection age was 1071.81 g, the largest weight gain per day was 35.73 g, the growth model: Y=2913.49x exp[-exp(1.23-0.23x)]. The body weight was significantly positively (P〈0.01) related to the body slope length, heart girth, shank length. The regression equation was set up to estimate the body weight of Huinan partridge duck by the body slope length, heart girth, and shank length and the equation was Y=0.067 X1+0.046 X2+0.061 X3-1.005. The results of this study will provide the scientific basis for feeding and management and breeding of the native breed.
