摘 要:紫杉醇是重要的抗癌药物,紫杉烷是紫杉醇的代谢前体或支路代谢产物,具有特殊生理活性,但药源问题是制约紫杉醇及紫杉烷应用的主要因素。归纳了紫杉醇及紫杉烷的各种生产技术,指出了直接提取及化学合成等方法的问题和细胞工程技术的优势。细胞工程技术环境友好,可调控,符合可持续发展战略,生产紫杉醇及紫杉烷富有潜力。综述了紫杉醇及紫杉烷的细胞工程生产情况及各种策略,指出了调控中忽视后生物合成过程的问题,提出了联合调控提高产量等策略及建议。Taxol is an important anticancer drug and taxanes are metabolic precursors or branch metabolites of taxol with special physiological activity. Pharmaceutical source is the main problem that restricts their application. Techniques to produce taxol and taxanes were summarized. Both disadvantages of direct extraction with chemical synthesis and advantages of cell engineering were indicated. Cell engineering is a potential technique to produce taxol and taxanes, being environmentally friendly, easy to control, in accordance with the strategy of sustainable development. Production of taxol and taxanes in suspension cell culture was reviewed. Ignorance of post-biological synthesis was pointed out and combined modulation to improve production of taxol and taxanes was suggested.
