摘  要:采用HNO3-HClO4-H2O2体系湿法消解烟叶样品,摸索出氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定样品中镉(Cd)的最佳试验条件。其条件为:样品酸度1%HCl、载流浓度2%HCl、还原剂浓度2%KBH4与0.5%KOH混合溶液、增敏剂Co2+1.5mg/L,硫脲0.5%以及仪器设置最佳参数。结果显示:在所选择的试验条件下,测定镉的检出限为0.0031μg/L,线性范围为0.00~3.00μg/L,样品测定变异系数小于3.0%,加标回收率为88.7%~99.5%。该方法测定烟叶中Cd结果准确可靠、稳定性及精密度较高,是一种有效的测定方法。Tobacco samples were dissolved by HNO3-HClO4-H2O2. Then, the concentration of Cadmium (Cd) was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometery (AFS) with the best experimental conditions and instrumental settings, including the concentrations of the acidity of samples (1%HCl), carrier flow (2% HCl), reducer (2% KBH4+0.5% KOH), Co2+ (1.5 mg/L), CH4N2S (0.5%) and the best settings of AFS. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the detection limits of Cd was 0.0 031μg/L, and the linear scope was during 0.00 and 3.00 μg/L, and the C.V. of the sample was less than 3.0%, and the recovery rate was 88.7%-99.5%.
