摘 要:采用生长速率法测定了采自河南省苹果种植区的40个苹果轮纹病菌菌株(Botryosphaeria berengeriana f.sp.piricola)对戊唑醇的敏感性。结果表明:戊唑醇对40个菌株的EC50值在0.0172~1.6026μg/mL之间,平均值为(0.3978±0.1171)μg/mL。其中,菌株ZZ1(EC501.6026μg/mL)对戊唑醇的敏感性较低,LB1(0.0172μg/mL)对其最敏感,其毒力倍数是ZZ1的93.23倍。研究结果表明,河南地区的苹果轮纹病菌对戊唑醇比较敏感,未产生明显的抗药群体。建立了苹果轮纹病菌对戊唑醇抗药性的敏感基线。Abstract: Forty isolates of Apple Ring Rot (Botryosphaeria berengeriana f.sp.pirieola) were selected from typical and representative locations in Henan Province. The sensitivities of these isolates to tebuconazole were tested by colonial growth-rate. The result showed that the 50% effective concentration values (EC50) to the 47 strains for tebueonazole ranged from 0.0172μg/mL to 1.6026 μg/mL, and the mean EC50 value (+ Se x to.05) was 0.3978+ 0.1171 μg/mL. Isolate ZZ1, whose EC50 was 1.6026 μg/mL, was the lowest sensitivity to tebuconazole, while strain LB1, whose EC50 was 0.0172 μg/mL, was the most one whose toxicity ratio was 93.23 times as compared to strain ZZ1. The results suggested that the population of Botryosphaeria berengeriana f.sp.pirieola in Henan province is sensitive to tebuconazole and populations with significant resistance have not been observed.
