摘 要:用测定酶活性方法检测了中毒后赤子爱胜蚓抗氧化酶活性的变化。玉迪安药物对动物超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性影响均为显著(P<0.05)。低质量分数药物60.342~75.044mg/L处理动物SOD、CAT活性呈上升趋势;当质量分数增加至83.691mg/L,SOD、CAT活性开始表现为不同程度的降低,POD与SOD、CAT活性变化趋势相反,酶活性呈现先下降再上升的现象。拌种农药玉迪安流失到自然土壤中,在一定质量分数范围内对蚯蚓造成胁迫,影响动物正常行为以至危害生命,并直接或间接地影响土壤生态系统及以蚯蚓为食物的下一级消费者。The variation of E. foetida antioxidant enzymes activities toxic was tested by means of enzyme activity in this paper. Compared with comparative groups, dean drugs had a significant effect on E. foetlda SOD, CAT and POD activities (P〈0.05). The SOD and CAT activities in the animal specimen increased when they were disposed in low concentration dean (60.342-75.044 mg/L). But SOD and CAT activities in the animal specimen decreased at different levels when concentrations of dean increased to 83.691 mg/L. But it could bring out a decrease in the activities of POD firstly and then an increase. A conclusion was achieved that within certain range of concentrations, dean pouring into natural soil could cause coercion to E. foetida, have an effect on normal behavior of animal individuals and even cause death of them, and they could also lead to direct and indirect influence on soil ecosystems and the subspecies which were fed by E. foetida.
