摘　　要：利用空气干燥法,对采自松花江支流的葛氏鲈塘鳢(Perccottus glenii)染色体数目及组型进行了研究。结果表明葛氏鲈塘鳢的染色体数目为2n等于44条,n=22。染色体总臂数(NF)为82。其中,亚中部着丝点染色体为18对,亚端部着丝点染色体为1对,端部着丝点染色体为3对。核型公式为2n=36sm+2st+6t。根据染色体形态分析的结果,没有发现性染色体的存在。Using the method of dry air of the Songhuajiang, Perccottus glenii of the chromosome number and type group were studied. The result shows that the number of the Chromosome of Pereeottus glenii is 2n=44,n= 22. Its fundamental arm number （NF） is 82. Its karyotype comprises 18 pairs of submetaeentric ehromsome, 1 pair of subteloeentric chromosome and 3 pair of telocentric chromosome. That means 2n=36sm ＋ 2st ＋ 6t. According to the analysis of the conformation of the chromosome, there is no sex chromosome existing.
