V形件自由弯曲回弹的数值模拟影响因素分析

摘　　要：回弹是板料弯曲成形过程中不可避免的现象,通过采用动静态联合算法的求解功能对V形件弯曲成形和回弹进行模拟,分析了材料性能,凸、凹模圆角半径,模具间隙,摩擦系数等因素对回弹值的影响。Springback is an inevitable phenomenon in sheet foming process. In this paper,based on the explicit implicit solution method to simulate springback.the influencing factors,such as punch and die radius,die clearance,material properties,Friction coefficient were investigated,and the influence laws were obtained.
