摘  要:根据有功功率平衡原理推导出不平衡输入电压下表征矩阵变换器输入电流特性的通用方程,分析表明矩阵变换器的输入电流特性只能通过对输出功率及输入电流偏置角的控制来调节。根据矩阵变换器输入电流特性方程及输入电流控制目标得到3种典型输入电流控制策略。在输出电压平衡正弦的情况下:使矩阵变换器的输入电流矢量与输入电压矢量保持固定的功率因数角(策略1),可得到不平衡且非正弦的输入电流;使输入电流矢量跟踪输入电压正序分量与负序分量之差的方向(策略2),可得到不平衡但正弦的输入电流;输出电压矢量幅值变化并使输入电流矢量与输入电压正序分量保持固定的功率因数角(策略3),可得到平衡正弦的输入电流,但输出电压不平衡且非正弦。其中,策略1的输入功率因数及输出电压控制能力最强,但输入电流波形质量最差;策略2的输入电流波形质量较好,但输入功率因数和输出电压控制能力有限;策略3得到的输入电流波形质量最好,但输出电压特性最差。通过仿真及实验验证了理论分析的正确性。The general equation of matrix converter input current in unbalanced input voltage condition is deduced based on the principle of energy conservation.It is verified that the input current characteristics of matrix converter can be changed only by controlling the output active power and input current displacement angle.According to the objective of input current control,three typical input current control strategies are obtained based on the general input current equation.In balanced sinusoidal output voltage condition: the unbalanced and un-sinusoidal input current can be obtained by maintaining a fixed power factor angle between the input current vector and the input voltage vector(strategy 1);the unbalanced and sinusoidal input current can be obtained by keeping the input current vector in the direction of the difference between the positive and negative sequence components of input voltage(strategy 2).Balanced and sinusoidal input current can be obtained by changing the amplitude of output voltage vector to maintain a fixed power factor angle between the input current vector and its positive sequence component(strategy 3),however,the output voltage is unbalanced and un-sinusoidal in this condition.Strategy 1 has the best input power factor and output voltage control capability but the input current waveform quality is the worst;strategy 2 has better input current waveform quality but the input power factor and output voltage control capability is limited;strategy 3 has the best input current waveform quality but the output voltage performance is the worst.The theoretical analysis is verified by the simulation and experiments.
